Warehousing · QR labels · Shipping · Tracking
Your trade show kit, always accounted for.
WareMap warehouses your exhibit materials, labels every piece with a QR code, and ships to the show and back. Scan anything to see where it is, who moved it, and where it's going next.
No app to install. Your team scans with the phone they already have.
How it works
Three steps, and nothing goes missing.
You keep doing shows. We keep track of everything that goes to them.
- 1
Send it to us
Ship us what you have, or let us produce it — brochures, signage — and warehouse it on arrival.
- 2
We label and store it
Every case, stand, and box gets a WareMap label and a home on the shelf.
- 3
Scan it anywhere
Your team scans at the show, taps where it's going, and everyone sees the same answer.
What we store
Everything that goes to a show, in one place.
If it rolls, folds, stacks, or ships, we'll label it and give it a shelf.
Flight cases & booth components
Walls, counters, flooring, hardware.
Banner stands & graphics
Retractables, fabric, backlit panels.
Brochures, print & collateral
We can print them for you and store them on arrival.
Swag & giveaways
Counted when it leaves, counted when it comes back.
Demo gear & A/V
Screens, mounts, cabling, demo units.
- Something else? Ask — if it fits through the dock door, we can probably store it.
The app
Built for a loading dock, not a desk.
One-handed on a phone, on bad convention-center Wi-Fi, in three taps.
Scan
No app to install.
Every label opens a web page. Point the phone camera at a case and it's in the list; scan a dozen in a row and move them together.
Move
One tap to say where it's headed.
WareMap suggests the likely destination — the show that starts next week, or back to the warehouse — so the right answer is usually the first one.
Know
Full history, counts, and photos.
Every move is attributed and timestamped, with condition photos when it left and when it came back. Consumables carry a count so you know what's left.
The map
See everything on one map.
One pin per location, with the count of what's there. Items in transit show as a line from where they left to where they're headed, so “did the second case make it?” has an answer before anyone calls.
